Your father has had what sounds to be back and leg pain for the last 15 years. You indicate that he is possibly disabled. Has he had a consult from a spine surgeon and has he had an MRI of the lower back? The percentage of leg vs. lower back pain is also important. Does he have much more leg pain than back pain or the reverse?
