    Hello Dr. Corenman,

I would like to send you 2 of my lumbar disc and reports that were done in July and October of this year. I am still not feeling that well since my second surgery. Can you please look over the 2 discs and let me know your opinion. Can you please let me know the cost to do this? With the 2 surgeries I have had a larger expense but would really appreciate your opinion and recommendations. My surgeon recommends I see a neurologist. Also can you office please mail back the discs to me once you overlook them. Thank you so very much.

Please see the “orange” tab at the upper right hand corner of this page where it says “Telehealth” and click on it. It will give directions on obtaining a “Long Distance Consultation”, including forms and fees.

    Thank You

    Dr. Corenman
