For 2 years having low back pain and gradually increasing. Got examined by orthopedic surgeons and using pain killer medication and physiotherapy .
Recently MRI of Spine was done on 3rd May 2016 . The MRI Report is as follows:
    1.Loss of Lumbar Lordosis .
    2.Disc Dessication at L3-S1
    3.Anterolisthesis of L5 over S1
4.Broad Based Posterior Disc Bulge abutting Bilateral Meoronal Foramina under L5 Nerve root.
5.Broad Based Posterior Disc bulge at L4/5 with Ligamentum Flamum unfolding and mild compression of Spinal canal .
6.Bilateal Lateral recesses and Right L4 transiting Nerve root within Neural foramina 7. Others are within normalimits
    My queries are :
    1. Is surgery only option at this stage ?
    2. What is the urgency to undergo surgery?
    3. Is the surgery safe in the hand of expert Surgeon ?

Your symptom report is not thorough enough to determine what the symptoms the disorders found on the MRI can manifest. See the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-lower-back-and-leg-pain/ to understand how to explain symptoms.

The MRI reveals a probable isthmic spondylolisthesis of L5-S1 (“Anterolisthesis of L5 over S1”) but this could be a degenerative spondylolisthesis instead. You also have foraminal compression of L5-S1 (“Broad Based Posterior Disc Bulge abutting Bilateral Meoronal Foramina under L5 Nerve root”).

At L4-5 you have bilateral lateral recess stenosis and right foraminal stenosis (“.Broad Based Posterior Disc bulge at L4/5 with Ligamentum Flamum unfolding and mild compression of Spinal canal. Bilateral Lateral recesses and Right L4 transiting Nerve root within Neural foramina”).

See the following sections to understand the possible pathology:
