I got a mri after to s if pain and the dr said I had osteo arthritis disc herniation t2 t3 moderate c5-c7 disc bulge c4 c5 c5-c6 left paracentral disc protrusion c6-c7 bone spur/osteocytes. That was my notes I took from the call I received that was 3 years ago and I did physical therapy and chiropractor until the chiropractor work made me get migraines. I have given up since and have increased pain and hopelessness. To start over and have it looked at again should I find a spine specialist or try to seek non surgical methods? Thank you for your time, I am 39 and had this for 3-4 years I am worried about old age with this issue.

Based upon your pain intensity, I think a spine surgeon would be a good choice. Make sure he or she is conservative and gives you good answers for your pain causes. Have him or her develop a plan that you can understand.
