You underwent an ACDF (decompression and fusion) of C5-7 about 2 1/2 years ago and apparently did well. Now you have “TINGLING sensations in the three fingers from the smaller one to the big one” on the left which is the dermatome of the C8 nerve root (the C7-T1 disc level). Breakdown of C7-T1 could be the cause of your new symptoms. Pain ” a lot of pain along the back side of my right arm” could also be for this level. You need a new workup including X-rays to make sure your fusions above became solid.
