You need to specify your symptoms and reproduce the radiological report to get a better ides of your disorder. See https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-neck-shoulder-and-arm-pain/.

Hi my symptoms are pain in neck shoulders and tingling and cramps. I haven’t had lumbar scanned yet but feel weak in legs and tingles in toes. Thanks for replying, what do you mean radiology report? Is that mri? Gp said I need surgery but I don’t want that. I’m seeing a neurosurgeon in 2 weeks.

When you have an MRI, you always have a radiologist read the films. There is a dictated report generated that you have a right to see. Ask for a copy and placed the written results on the forum (without identifiers).

You are glossing over your symptoms making it difficult for me to understand how much pain and impairment you have. Read again how to describe your symptoms and give me percentages of pain in neck, shoulders and arms. Specify shoulder vs trapezius and scapular pain. Also see the section regarding nerve root dysfunction to see if you can give me more specifics.
