I have diffusal bulge in c5-c6 which results in problems when i sit without any support.I have been going to the gym for a few days, since my physique is weak.I need to improve my ovearall strength.

Please let me know if there are any postures/exercises i should avoid.

Pain will be your guide. Don’t overload your neck (lunges with the bar behind your neck or shoulder stands).
