    Is it possible to determine the proportion of dmage or inflamation of c spine nerve in MRI?

    Using just MRI images (with rare exceptions), it is not easily possible to determine damage to the nerve root. Roots that appear crushed can generate only mild symptoms and lightly compressed roots can cause severe pain.
