You are missing some valuable information from these nerve blocks (ESI and SNRB). Please review the section on “pain diaries” under “treatment- diagnostics” to understand what information can be gained by these injections. Did you keep a pain diary or do you remember well enough how you did for the first three hours?

I would be happy to review your new MRI hopefully that was performed after your surgery.

I had the SNRB before an RF ablation. After that all my injections have been therapeutic in nature in 9 months I have had 6 steroid injections. With no relief. That is when I began speaking with you and seeking a new doc here in VA. I think this better answers your question. As for a pain Diary I find myself to back in the same pain after the numbing medications wear off. Where could I email the mri file? As I have looked back thru our thread I have forgot to mention to you I have fallen 5 time since surgery due to my left leg going numb. I am now walking with a cane. Is this information helpful at all?

My info should arrive today. I have sent both preop and post op mri. My doctor here has ordered some type of ct scan on Monday that I was told would need a driver for…… Not really sure what type of ct that is but when I hear of the results from it I will share that with you as well. Thank you so much for taking an interest in my case.

Most likely a CT myelogram was ordered if you are not allowed to drive after this test. This examination will be helpful to understand the disorder.
