    Back in 1972, I fell off a stage during a show and blew out the disk between the C6/7 vertebraes. The damage wasn’t discovered til more than a decade later. I have full range of motion, but the muscles are still a bit weak, causing discomfort.

    What sort of strengthening exercises would you recommend?

    The answer depends upon what type of injury you have. Generally, a simple isometric program will not cause injury.
