I am 7 months post fusion at L4-L5-S1 spinal fusion.
I have ongoing painful sciatica in my right leg and chronic painful back pain.
I had a CT scan without contrast
I am wondering can the following impressions could possibly contributing to my on going sysmptons

1.Post surgical changes from L4-S1 with limiting evaluation cause of streak artificat

    2. Shallow disc bulge & posterior ligamentous hypertrophy producing mild to moderate central stenosis L2-L3

    3. Disc bulge & posterior liagamentous hypertrophy moderate central canal stenosis at L3-L4

    4. Posterior & bilaterial spurring producing mild bilaterial foraminl narrowing at L5-S1

This radiological report is probably somewhat incomplete as this radiologist might not understand how to read a post-op spine with metallic artifact or the images were taken on a low power CT scanner without good detail. There is no mention of hardware position or fusion status.

You need to let us know what your previous symptoms were prior to surgery and why you needed the surgery. What was the surgery you underwent and how have your symptoms changed since surgery?
