An MRI or CT scan identifies the problem but does not solve the problem. I prefer an MRI as it yields more information but there are circumstances that a CT can be beneficial.

You leave me with little information to give any opinion. An EMG simply mimics what a good history and physical examination would give. I cannot help you unless you can identify what hurts, how it happened and how it has affected your life.

I will explain but im weak in English i try do the best
3 years ago i play buddy building and weight lifting
    Exactly the Squat
I feel sever back pain as some one squeeze the back muscle (the left muscle near the lumber)
At the first the pain disappear after 3 weaks but begin increase slowly
Now I feel cramp all the time when i sleep or wake up or walk or sitting in the chair the pain always in back not in leg some times I feel numbness in left leg
When doctor ask me to sleep in the bed in the clinic and test the leg say the leg nerve is good and save and I respond to the hit of hammer in the clinic
I didn’t feel pain as electronic shock
I do blood test and kidney function and all its ok
