i have already consult the ENT specialist on these issue but they said you do not have any problem regarding this,my major issues are not loss of balance or dizziness.those are arms and legs are filling light weight or it is less connected to body.the symptoms are at it ‘s peak while walking and with neck movement during that for some seconds(not a particular neck movement), when i feel thess symptoms and i manipulate my neck i feel better on those symptoms(i know the neck position of felling symptoms better).

if not bowhunter syndrome do you think this symptoms come from pressure or irritation of the C1-2 vertebral nerve(or c2 nerve)?

Irritation of the C2 nerve will cause base of the skull headaches that can radiate to the eyebrow. C1 is really for all intent and purposes nonexistent. The felling you are having could be from metabolic origins (electrolytes, B12 deficiency and many others). They do not sound like bowhunters syndrome.

how about manipulating neck in such position give relief to the symptoms(drop attacks)?According to my understanding metabolic changes cannot be recovered instantly.

So at all it is confirmed that irritation of nerve is not the cause of these symptoms so there is no need of treatment like RFA .

RFA is reserved for facet syndromes or greater occipital neuralgia symptoms. Your symptoms do not fit with either of these two disorders so I do not think you are a candidate for RFA (radio-frequency ablation).

If you want to fully rule out Bowhunter’s syndrome, you need a CTA (CT angiogram) with your head in the positions that cause symptoms.
