    Dear Dr Corenman

My name is Casey Trinder from the UK, My father met someone in London who stated they were a friend of your family and recommended you as well as saying you were very genuine, this is really important to my father as he has been treated very badly by the UK NHS , my father is and has been in so much pain for over 20 years, he had a spinal fusion 20 years ago and the pain over the years has worsened, he believes that he has something wrong with his neck and sacro joints, he has been studying your work and was planning to visit you however covid 19 just exploded,my father really likes the fact that you a chiropractor so know the whole body, my father has lots of images, scans that he could send to you for review however he would really like to have a skype call with you if at all possible before sending over the images and planning a visit, i know you are an extremely busy man however if we could have 30 mins of your time before planning a trip we would be most grateful, we are willing to pay for the skype call, I am extremely concerned that if he is unable to get help soon he will go through with his plans to visit dignitas.

    Kindest Regards

    Casey

Thank you for the comments. I have a program called a long-distance consult (LDC) in which all records and images are sent to me along with my filled-out intake form. I then call and go over everything and it is somewhat similar to an in-person office visit (except for the missing physical examination). 90-95% of the time, the history and imaging tells the complete story. Sometimes, more imaging is needed. Please call my office to arrange a LDC.
