    If the disc are degenearte and losses high ,and you replace him this affected that the ligament flavum are not will buckling on the posterior spinal cord ?(so this very important things).
    Because if it will buckling because the disc degenerative or loss high also ,this pinched the central nervous system.
    And if u remove the ligament flavum you damage the stability of the cervical spine .
    So this much looks better option than waiting to buckling and do laminectomy
    Not ?
