    Hello dr. Corenman

I had ACDF c6-c7 with an allograft(cage) inside. Left side latteral neck pain in the spot was there from the first day and couldn’t turn left with ease. Right side is OK. A crack is heard whenever i try to turn from left to right. Also burning sensation into c7 lamina. 10 months later in the CT Scan the first pictures of C6 is the screws in the c6 body with large uncut bone spur intact. Second picture is with the FREE spur attacked from the vertebra into the left foramina -closing the foramina. The third picture is with the spur newly fused with the side lower. I have radicular pain in the left triceps and finger extensor and pain in the spot. What to do ? The cord looks OK. What can i do ? Posterior foraminotomy- relocating the nerve (leaving the osteophyte intact) or Revision ACDF (breaking the whole fusion) ?

    Please Help
