    Surgery at c4-t1 in the form of ACF C7-T1 was a non union. c3-c4 moderate narrowing of the foramina . c4-c5 shows mild posterior central protrusion and moderate narrowing of the right neural foramina, neural foramina at c7-t1 mild narrowing. Disc rupture at c7-t1. I had recent x-rays and mri. chronic neck pain with radicular symptoms. I am wondering if I may have to have surgery again,

    First, you have to be much more specific with your symptoms and what levels are problematic. Then copy and paste the MRI and x-rays here and hopefully the CT scan results.
