    Last radiograph results:min gentle dextroscoliosis in lumbar spine; prominent degenerative changes @L4-5 & L5-S1 joint space; mild-mod degenerative changes in bilateral sacroiliac joints w/ pronounced sclerosis involving articulating iliac bone on right side; hydrated S2 disc; transitional S1 vertebra w/ left sided L5-S1 pseudoarthrosis formation; increased sclerosis & fusion L4-L5 intervertebral disc space. Can you please help me understand what I’m looking at here. Thank you!

    You must discuss your symptoms to correlate with these X-ray findings. I have patients in my clinic with all you have noted but have no symptoms.
