Hello – My recent MRI results show:
C4-5: Mild diffuse disc buldge which abuts the anterior cord without central canal or foraminal stenosis.
T1-2: Left paracentral disc protrusion without canal or foraminal stenosis.
Should patient undergoe spinal surgery, discs levels should be carefully correlated with plain radiographs.
What is your opinion on the above? Does the spinal cord abutment warrant surgery? I have complete numbness of both hands with tingling and weakness as well as tingling and strange vibration feelings in my face.
Thank you!
