If a person had the following noted below and was symptomatic.
What possible problems can be presented.mild to moderate central stenosis compressing the dorsal aspect of the thecal sac in
a curvilinear fashion.Boy, that segment of an MRI report is not helpful without the entire report presented. You don’t even specify cervical, thoracic or lumbar spines.

Addendum 1
At L5-S1 the previously noted central and slightly left-sided extruded disc herniation is
no longer seen there has been laminectomy associated with both pedicle screw and anterior
interbody fixation. Typically appearing postoperative enhancing granulation tissue is-notedl circumferentially without compressive effect. At L4-5 the previously noted extruded left paracentral disc herniation is no longer seen
and there has been laminectomy. There is a posterior extrathecal small fluid collection
with mild to moderate central stenosis compressing the dorsal aspect of the thecal sac in
a curvilinear fashion. Pedicle screw and anterior interbody stylefixation is noted. Typically appearing postoperative enhancing granulation tissue is noted circumferential without
compressive effect. You had a TLIF at L4-5 and L5-S1 five months ago after having disc herniations at both levels. See https://neckandback.com/treatments/transforaminal-lumbar-interbody-fusion-tlif/. You have a post-operative seroma in the canal at L4-5 “extrathecal small fluid collection with mild to moderate central stenosis compressing the dorsal aspect of the thecal sac” which is unusual as these mainly resorb away after 2-3 months. If you had BMP (bone morphogenic protein), this could be an organized fluid pocket that might still be causing you some symptoms. See https://neckandback.com/conditions/lumbar-spinal-stenosis-central-stenosis/ to see if your symptoms match this disorder.
