This video–Hump-back, Increased Thoracic Kyphosis, Scheuermanns and Degenerative Kyphosis–demonstrates the importance of normal balance and how the normal curves of the spine (cervical and lumbar lordosis and thoracic kyphosis) balance each other out. Hump-back, Increased Thoracic Kyphosis,Scheuermanns and Degenerative Kyphosis represent misalignments of the spine. Explanation of the importance of  spinal alignment and how misalignment can cause increased pain and muscle fatigue are explained in this video. When the thoracic spine curve increases because of various causes, the diagrams will note the compensation that occurs in the other parts of the spine and how that compensation can cause problems.
