the pain starts after sitting for a period of time in my buttocks and on moving position a severe sharp pain shoots into the base of my spine,if i get to my feet and start walking around it eases of it also occurs in bed and i have to keep moving position, sometimes the pain is like a electric shock shooting through me it can be as severe as 8-9 on the pain scale
