    Thank you!

Superb page on conservative treatment which I had failed to find by myself. Bookmarked!
So I will find a chiro immediately and focus on core, ham stretch, glutes and quad strength.
I can’t express how much I appreciate the education you provide us, and the time you spend reaching out to people everywhere who need answers. I think you are unique among spine docs in this world.

Both sides randomly cramped, the good leg much worse, and both cleared up after surgery. Maybe it was the one dose of neurontin or something else in that long list of IV meds. Generally the more I lie around doing nothing, the worse it is, stretching after waking from a nap or at night after a lot of walking. I have done a lot of PT and I’m a bundle of new muscle, movement therapy? Since I have one tiny dystonia I also worried that this random cramping could be a new one.I was also taking some epitol for a few months, maybe that did it. I was just curious.
Thanks for the answer, and all the educational materials. I don’t know how you find the time and energy!
