lastly and finaly could u examine my MRI and radiographic images? how is it possible?

continue with prevoius comments, sir i have consult orthopaedic spine
surgeon upon examination and investigation he arrived at conclusions
that there is spinal instability in lumbar region in lateral radiograph in flexion and
extension there is upward and downward movement of L5 L5 vertebrae,
now he put me on lumbar built for three months and certain lower back
exersices, moreover the surgeon says if this therapy fails then we have to
go for surgery in order to fix the spine by rods and screws. sir plz let me know
about ur valuable suggestions? thanks alot.Sir,
I have another query regarding this what are the specific
symptoms of motor weakness? more over my neurologist and
neurosurgeon have advised re surgery upon my examination, I and
my surgeon also worried about cauda equina syndrome which may be
possible complications,kindly comment on this. ThanksSir,

I Mr malik fida 24 from pakistan, i am trianee at oral maxillofacial surgery
Sir I have lower intense back pain radiating to right leg along with severe
numbness, my MRI shows L4/5 S1 disc protrusion due to these findings
in last year december 2011 i had under gone open lumbar laminentomy
almost 5 months i was feeling good but in May 2012 there is recurrence of
symptoms i:e pain in lower back , worse on standing and walking,severe
numbness, these symptoms effecting my daily routine and hospital work,
more over i repeat an MRI that shows severe herniation/protrusion at L 4/5S1
level my neurosurgeon had adivesd another surgery which is not possible right
at this time becuase of my exams, Sir i just want to know what should be the possible
complications i:e early and delayed compliactions? for how long can i delay the surgery?
as far as i know the second surgery will be disc exision or disectomy is that a challenging

I had done lumbar laminectomy almost 7 months ago, during this entire
period i was suffering from lower back pain and significant right leg numbness,
now I had repeat MRI which shows lumbar stenosis according 2 my surgeon opinioin
I had to repeat another surgery in order to decompress the nerve roots, SIR kindly
let me know about the complications of surgery, more over i have pain in my groin and penis
someone had told me about urinary incontinence may occur in this comdition,
Sir kindly let me know about ur opinion . Thanks -
