What is the difference between, Enhancing granulation tissue encases the right S1 nerve root as it traverses the lateral recess and enhancing granulation tissue encircling L5 nerve root, no compression of L5 nerve root.
My, MRI report states circling of the L5 nerve root, they both sound the same.
