Hi sorry one more question what would likely be the surgical procedure to fix this fusion L4-S1 with decompression? Also I have moderate neural forminal stenosis at T2/T3 with retrolisthesis 2mm there isn’t much information regarding this level I have severe pain in between shoulder blades and can’t hold my arms up very long without burning pain. Thank you for your time

Thank you doctor for you reply I know I need surgery but being told differently by my surgeon that I only need injections as my condition deteriorates daily.

All the pain is in the back of my neck on the side where screws are can’t even touch it! I have a weird clicking sound when i move my arms or try and take a drink! Are you saying that my acdf is fused there is no way the screws can move?

Ct report says solid fusion. I should’ve clarified my last surgery in august 2017 i had redo acdf with my hip bone the posterior was done in may of 2017 the screws on right side were misaligned so he removed them leaving me with the left side only now those are loose and moving

I have literally been living a nightmare with pain botched surgery crap peek put in my body where it shouldn’t be and then a posterior that didn’t work I had a large pop in neck a few weeks after posterior was done that absolutely crippled my right arm I believe that was the screw maybe it moved wish I could send you pics to better see what is going on

Yes zero bone growth at c5/6 but the first surgeon I had put a device in too big and it was sticking out into my esphogus so it was revised 3 months later in July of 2016 I fired that doctor got a new one that wanted to fuse it posterior with rod and screws I really think we were avoiding going back in through the front due to the damage already done there I have dysphlangia now still have hard time with food
