I have shown to spine dr at my place.did MRI also.He diagnosed it as degenrative disc disease with focal disc prolapse at L4 and L5.
He just advised me as you said strengthining exercises and over the counter pain medication.Fuethermore he said in MRI my back is straight that puts extra pressure on my muscles.
Just need advise as my pain is untolerable and suffering from 6 months.
I am unable to stand or walk even for half an hour.
