I have followed your instructions and read up on all the things you have mentioned.
That being said, I will wait to see what my doctor recommends on the 16th, I may be calling you for a 2nd opinion (which I would be supplying you with all CT and MRI discs and associated paperwork), I have no problems coming out to Colorado.
