I have also had prolotherapy in the hip /groin area 3 treatments dr. explained everything & after 3 treatments my leg (label tear) subsided after 2 years of pain . So like you I am going 2 see him with my digital motion X-ray results for prolotherapy instead of surgery . He does have a book out prolo your pain away
