Wondered if you could help me figure if my cervical issues could be causing me to wake up nearly every night (several times) my forearms and hands have that falling asleep feeling, like pins and needles. It wakes me and I squeeze and open them so the feeling comes back. I am in a lot of pain while sleeping. Feels like someone is sitting on my neck and upper back. Toss and turn all night. Could this have anything to do with most c5 or flattening chord?
