I have left testicular pain and after a year, I started having sciatica on that side. I had an L5-S1 microdiscectomy, which eventually resolved the sciatica, but didn’t help the testicular pain. Dr. A. Lee Dellon cut my genitofemoral nerve and the perineal branch of my left pudendal nerve. I also had an orchiectomy. Nothing helped – except a pudendal nerve block. So I know that’s the problem nerve. I’m now looking to have pudendal nerve decompression surgery. Good luck!
