Stenosis by itself is not very painful unless the degenerative disc changes that cause stenosis are painful. If you have had SNRBs (see below) without temporary relief (see pain diary) then be very careful with surgical suggestions as this type of surgery may not give you relief. Your pain may not be from Klippel Feil but from the degenerative levels below the congenital fusion.
