If I understand your translation correctly, you have some degenerative changes of the discs and facets but no compression of the spinal cord or nerve roots. This leaves your arm pain as an unknown cause. I am familiar with spine trauma as I have treated it throughout my career but I am not as expert in head trauma. I understand how to treat head trauma in general but would defer to a head trauma specialist generally.
