I only feel back pain when working on computer. When i walk or run or exercise, I don’t feel any pain but only during the computer working. Whats the problem and what should I do now? Please suggest me.

Boy, how long do you have for a dissertation on spinal disorders? I can break this down into mechanics but cannot give you a long list of what can cause these symptoms. When you run or exercise, you generally are upright. That is your lumbar lordosis (the front/back curve in your back) is high. This loads the facets with higher forces and unloads the discs. When you are sitting and looking at a computer. you are flexed forward which loads your discs more than the facets. If you have disc problems, this will cause pain.

Without knowing your disorder, you could get a kangaroo desk attachment which allows you to stand while using your computer.
