I am suffering from TOS due to a full extra set of ribs off my 7th vertebrae of my neck. I have had surgery that was supposed to remove the first rib as well as the extra set to open up my thoracic outlet, and all the ribs are still there after going back in for the re-occurrence/ continuance of the same problem. I am stuck in the triangle of same doctors that will not fix/admit to the problem, I am searching for help to relieve my pain…

You obvious need a different and new consultation from a thoracic or vascular surgeon who specializes in thoracic outlet syndrome. These specialists are uncommon and possibly hard to find. I would do some searches for papers written on thoracic outlet syndrome and note the authors. Get these names, google them and find out their contact information. Call or write them and find out their availability.
