Could the spine cause any heart Arrhythmias when neck is in protection mode tightening muscles on neck and shoulders due to wear and tear and prolapsed discs? Or cause any faintness?
Could neck cause issues when bending forward?
I need answers as this has been going on 20 years almost. We are trying to get to the bottom of it.
    Thanks in advance.

The spine generally will not cause any heart arrhythmia by itself. Syncope (fainting) can rarely be caused by “Bowhunters Syndrome”. See the video on this website to understand what this is.
