You performed a lumbar fusion in January 2018 on my L5 S1. My degenerative disc disease is also more advanced in my L4 L5, as well as thoracic and cervical causing polyneuropathy. Last March I was diagnosed with arachnoiditis. Is this a disease that you are familiar with? Thank you for your time
