    Hi DR
    I saw neurologist she said a few things and sent me to therapy
    on the persription she wrote muscularskeltoral peripheral gait disorder . do you know anything about this in layman terms. is it a diagnosis pertaining to the spine injury or is something else

    A “musculoskeletal peripheral gait disorder” means a problem walking due to some disorder of the joints or muscles (not due to a spinal cord or brain injury). It is a very non-specific term and can be caused by many different problems.
