    Dr. Corenman,
In the Fall if 2017, you presented me with 4 pain generators within my cervical spine and gave me 4 recommendations to address these problems.
I’ve been able to find one doctor who ordered an epidural injection to C0-C1 in January, 2018.
The orthopedic surgeon is having my pain management doctor order MRI’s and on the basis of those results orders additional steroid injections.
After a year of intensive physical therapy, balancing pain medications and gaining over 30+ pounds due to increased dosages of steroids to control pain, we have made the leap to see the Top Doc you recommended.
I have an appointment on June 5, 2018 in NYC.
He has ordered pre-consult X-rays and wants a copy of the CT SCAN you ordered in September, 2017.
I’m printing out your list of questions to ask him at the appointment.
Due to the liberal prescribing of steroids my adrenal glands have shut down. Several hormones are not being produced and ultimately, my bones are thinning.
I will let you know the results of the NYC Trip.
Thank you for all the recommendations and referrals.
Let’s hope for both answers and treatment options with good outcomes are available.
