In my opinion, a DMX x-ray is not a good diagnostic test. The information does not help with diagnosis and the interpretation has not been effective in solving symptom origin. A standard X-ray with flexion/extension views is a good start to this set of symptoms.

I finally got an X-ray this week and they told me everything looked fine but that the top bone of my skull and spine is slightly shifted to the right. They suggested that I go to a chiropractor to get readjusted or for me to wait it out and it will heal eventually. What is your suggestion on this? Is them being shifted a big deal or is it minor like they are claiming?
I would think this is an error of interpretation of the films. Shifting of the C1 vertebra may have to do with how you were positioned when taking the X-rays as the C1-2 joint has the most motion of any of the spine segments in the body).
Maybe a Chiropractor can help you. I cant tell from this distance.
