    Numbness in the feet that extends into the hands is most likely not generated from the spine. I would suspect neuropathy-a sickness of the nerves themselves. See peripheral neuropathy on the website.

    There are many disorders that cause neuropathy at a younger age including ciguatera, a disorder from eating reef fish, vitamin B12 deficiency and even Lyme disease.
