    In the last 5 days ive developed needle like very sharp pains in my toes and foot some times in my left leg its not constant but it happens off and on all day ive had lumbar arthroplasty in 2008 S1-L5 any suggestions what might be causing this? its really painful and i have numbness in my legs and toes aswell im worried because i dont know what it could be

    Symptoms like these that have lasted for five days intermittently could be from anything. It would be unlikely that the arthroplasty of L5-S1 would cause this but there is an outside possibility. First-give the symptoms some time to abate. It simply may be that tincture of time will do the trick.
