Hi Dr. Corenman,
Thank u so much for ur page and the information u give us.
Im 27 female and live in Australia .Actually I have some problem for 3 years.Im suffering from chronic dizziness,
unsteadiness ,brain fog, ear pain , tinnitus ,pressure in my head, walking issue, leg and feet pain along with stomach
problem.
Ive seen more than 10 doctors and they couldn’t find a major cause for this.I did so many test which came back normal
. Last week I went to neuromuscular dentist to see if I have TMJ and I did Cone Beam scan , the doctor told me that my
tmj is close to my skull and my cervical vertebrae C1 C2 C3 not in the place they are shifting to the left . Then she did a
strengthening for my neck and she give me a night guard to wear it at night. In fact after I wear the night guard my neck
become more stiff and sore. After the neck strengthening I felt more steady but my dizziness and brain fog and other
symptom didn’t go away
I uploaded the CT image , so u can see what is happening
In fact , this is all start suddenly after my father death , Im not sure if my emotional trauma could cause this issue or there
is other thing. I went to the chiropractic once he said my neck appear straight, there is no curve and he give me a pillowto use to create the curve again. I do have stiff neck, popping in my jaw and neck pain sometime and cracking sound and only start to notice the
neck pain 1 year and half since I started to feel dizzy. Ive never had injury or significant accident before. However , when
I was about 11 years old while I’m going to school by car we had very small crash with another car and I had not have any problem except my elbow was hurting and I don’t had any problem after that. Also, I’ve done some dental work for the front upper teeth and other root canal treatment before 3 years.
so, please dr see these picture and give me ur advice ? and if this is cause my dizziness and other problem? and which
doctor I should see if there is a real problem? do u think i should do MRI to my neck?
Im very depressed and hopeless because I don’t know what is my problem and ur advice will help me a lot
thanks again for ur help
Your symptoms probably are not originating totally from your neck. “Chronic dizziness,
unsteadiness ,brain fog, ear pain , tinnitus ,pressure in my head, walking issue, leg and feet pain along with stomach” cannot all be originating from the cervical spine.I cannot review images currently until I develop a program that can scrub viruses. This may take as much as six months.
Emotional trauma is a powerful insult to the nervous system and can lead to many symptoms. This might be an avenue to explore.
