Hi,
I am 31 year old man from india I have back pain after doing MRI,
Report says that:-1- Mild loss of lumbar lordosis is seen.
2- Multilevel disc dessication is seen.3- Diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal disc bulge with central protrusion of the disc is seen at L3-L4 level indenting the thecal sac. There is bilateral neural canal narrowing with the disc likely in contact with bilateral L4 traversing nerve roots at this level. The maximum AP spinal canal diameter at this level is approximaterly 12.6 mm.
4- Diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal disc bulge with central protrusion of the disc is seen at L4-L5 level indenting the thecal sac. There is bilateral neural canal narrowing with the disc likely in contact with bilateral L5 tranversing nerve roots at this level. The maximum AP spinal canal diameter at this level is approx. 11.1 mm.
5- Diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal disc bulge with central protrusion of the disc is seen at L5-S1 level indenting the thecal sac. There is bilateral neural canal narrowing:however there is no overt impingement over the nerve roots at this level.
6- Mild facetal joint arthropathy is seen on right side at L5-S1 level.

You have to convey your symptoms so that correlation can be made to the MRI. See the section “How to describe symptoms” to understand how to describe your pain.
