    I’ve been in pain 2 years I’m 27 Irish I waited 6 months too get appointments with top surgon here in rateings he said he could do a fuzion and help 85 per cent my pain chance he said my disc is good so would do a plif or tlif not any abdominal approach he said may not use a cage at all or will if he has too is a fuzion without a cage done with much success from your experience can’t find much online will email him tomorrow just wondering your opinion be great as I taught he would suggest a 360 approach

    There is too little information to comment on the need for a fusion. I assume you have pars fractures at L5-S1 with a 2mm slip and a normal looking disc on MRI, that is the situation. Correct?

    I then have to assume that you have completed a full rehabilitation program and failed. Have you undergone diagnostic and therapeutic injections that pointed to the pars fractures?
