Ok.
Can you please describe me a way out of this situation or you don’t know?
I am asking questions and not getting definite answers.
Do i have to bend a certian way on purpose so it hurts? the more the better?
What is the dietary intake for the sugars and proteins and for collagen that build the disc? what are those sugars and proteins?
Please share the knowledge.
I think you need to understand that some things you cannot affect or alter the natural history of the disorder. Degenerative disc disease is one of those. No matter what you ingest, how you move or bend, the tear in the disc will not heal.

It is possible to repair it. It is possible to change things in our bodies. To repair them through manipulation and supplimentation.
Allow me to post additional information so others can see.
I am glad you think you can heal a torn disc but there is no evidence that annulus repair can happen in an avascular environment. I have been taking care of spine patients for over 30 years and have never seen a disc heal. If you have the answer, please post a peer reviewed study so we can learn from you.
