If someone has a two level fusion and a third level disc replacement, how long should they wait (to be safe) to have a deep tissue massage?

I assume that there surgeries were not performed at the same time. A massage (without twisting the neck) can be performed at 6 weeks after an artificial disc assuming it was placed well and is secure. A massage after an ACDF (fusion) can be performed at 10 weeks as long as X-rays indicate it is solidly fused.
