    I am from pakistan.feeling pain for several years.now i m feeling pain in shoulder and back neck.this is my MRI report.
    1:mild diffuse disc bulge is identified at L4-L5 level resulting in mild bilateral lateral recess narrowing and mild thecal sac identation
    2:diffuse disc bulge is identified at L5-S1 level resulting inmild thecal sac identation without any lateral recess narrowing
    3:multilevel ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is noted.

    Some confusion on your symptoms compared to your MRI report. Your symptoms you describe are from the cervical spine and your MRI is from the lumbar spine.

    this is fresh MRI report.kindly suggest me better treatment.because i have done alot of physio therapy.but not effected.I’ll be waiting for your worthful suggestion

    There is a language divide here. Your MRI is from your lumbar spine (lower back) and your symptoms you describe are from your cervical spine (neck). I cannot use lower back data to help understand why your neck hurts (“feeling pain in shoulder and back neck”)

    I feel pain in neck and shoulders.at this time mostly i didnt feel pain in lower back.so give me suggestion after seeing my MRI report of lower back pain.I’ll be waiting.because my major issue is lower back pain
