this ligament are very important to limiting the flexion of the neck .
this ligament are connected to all seven posterior spinous process in the neck (not just c1 and c7 )
when i m read on the network I see (the nuchal ligament are more connected to c 1 and c7 process but i m also see that all of the seven cervical spinous process are connected to this ligament.
