Dr Corenman I have called your office and they have recieved them I also went back to the physiatrist yesterday and asked what the surgeon wants to do and he told me a single acdf in front and the laminoplasty from the back c-4 to t-1 and right now I had 5-6 to 6-7 acdf with the 6-7 not fuseing he wants to extend that to c-4 down if 6-7 did not fuse wouldn’t that be a multi level fusion and not a single or is it still called a single if you have to fix a segment thank you again
